Terms of use.

Plain language, because that is the only kind we will hold ourselves to. Last updated 2026-10-05.

What Openfloor is

Openfloor is open source software: an MCP server, a command line tool and a website that read public data from Robinhood Chain and help an AI agent reason about it and build transactions. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

What it is not

Openfloor is not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser or a custodian. It does not hold funds, keys or orders. It gives no recommendation. Any strategy, backtest or paper trade is the sole responsibility of the person operating the agent.

Eligibility

Robinhood stock tokens are offered by Robinhood to eligible users in supported jurisdictions outside the United States. You are responsible for confirming that you may hold and trade them where you live. Openfloor does not check eligibility.

Hosted services

The hosted MCP endpoint and RPC proxy are offered free of charge within the published limits, with no uptime guarantee. Without an API key they keep no record of tool calls. Abusive traffic may be rate limited or blocked.

Accounts

An account is a wallet address that signed in. With an API key, your agent's tool calls and paper book are stored so you can see them. Credits bought in ETH are not refundable. You can revoke keys at any time.

Risk

Tokenized stocks, on-chain liquidity and automated agents carry risk, Oracle prices can be stale, pools can be thin, simulations can differ from execution. Use small sizes and tight limits.

Changes

These terms may change. The current version is always at this address. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
